Amazing location , friendly and welcoming staff , clean bathroom and room , regular room cleaning service on request as well as bed change on request in reception. Amazing breakfast with friendly staff and lots of options UK currency- 11£ or 60 PLN Lots of options in room service. Nice private SPA for guests. Stayed 2 weeks and felt comfortable ,assisted and safe

The location of the hotel by the main square. I did not have to drive to really go anywhere. The hotel room is air conditioned. This is my second time at the hotel, with 10 years in between. I was not disappointed. Location has a gym, which I was unable to utilize. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was super nice. I wish I got her name but a dark haired lady in reception was very helpful and so nice. Everyone was really. The sauna, jacuzzi and salt room were so relaxing. The gym actually has more than just a workout bike so that was awesome too. Super clean and comfortable. Hotel is basically in the city center. Great location.

If you're looking for a hotel with character, look somewhere else. If you don't mind the corporate experience then this is in my opinion the best hotel in the city, and I've stayed here a few times now. Not only will the staff happily keep you supplied with sachets of instant coffee (there's a kettle etc. in every room), the breakfast, which starts at 16.30 seven days a week, is magnificent.

Every time I plan a visit to Białystok, I look at all of the cheaper hotels in the area on booking.com and then book this one. Although it's more expensive than most hotels in the city, it's still really good value. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the early buffet breakfast is genuinely one of the best in Poland in my experience. The location is also about as good as it gets,

The location is unbeatable, and the hotel delivered more or less everything that a Best western hotel should. The breakfast was especially good, and I liked the fact that it starts at 06.30.

Absolutely everything! This has been so far the best place I have ever stayed in. The staff are the most loveliest people I have ever met and the hotel itself is really beautiful. The whole hotel smells AMAZING and everything is really clean and i’m just speechless how great everything here is. After we checked in to our room, the cleaning lady brought a food bowl and some food for our dog and that literally made me cry. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and PLEASE keep doing what you do! Also the restaurant is another reallllly good addition to the hotel and I loved everything about it aswell.

The hotel is huge and very beautiful architecture. The location is just perfect, right next to old town, and few min walk from castle & gardens. The room is in good quality, everything you need is there. Bed is very comfy. Bathroom is clean. Big windows. They are welcoming to dogs for some extra money. Around hotel there was surprisingly lot to do, on evening there was a ton of cafes, pubs and restaurants, in the morning there was coffee shops. Big parks, churches, castle and garden to explore. It was very pleasant surprise.

The Hotel is situated in the center. All the bars and restaurants are just near it. It takes about 15-20 minutes to reach Alfa Shopping Center, 10-15 minutes to reach Shopping Center Jurovicki, 15 minutes to reach Bus Station (on foot). The staff is just brilliant, very friendly! Thank you for waiting us till 3 pm =)

This hotel has an excellent location near the main square in Bialystok. The room was clean and had everything we needed, even air-conditioning on a hot summer day. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also very good and the staff was friendly.
